The main feature that distinguishes the Hotel Eugenio from other similar or adjacent structures is the kitchen, personally supervised by the owner family, with only and exclusively top-quality ingredients and carefully selected raw materials, with rich buffets of side dishes, both cooked and raw , appetizers at will and vegetables in quantity, not to mention the abundant and tasty morning breakfast.
Needless to say, it strictly follows the typical Romagna tradition, always very rich in flavors and tastes, in fact every day new dishes will be proposed typical of this fantastic region which is Romagna as piadine, fresh homemade pasta, fish from our Adriatic sea and so much more!
Furthermore, at the discretion of the management, courses of fresh handmade pasta and piadina are organized according to tradition.
There is also a menu service dedicated entirely to children with an abundant buffet of both raw and cooked vegetables available obviously for both lunch and dinner.
